Some Christians [consider administration]…a secondary gift, appearing less important than other functions of service. There is nothing unscriptural in planning, although to hear some people talk today one would think there is. I fear that some are in danger of subscribing to a new form of “the god of the gaps,” so that the Holy Spirit is only at work in the spontaneous and immediate.
